Years ago we saw people floating down the river on a barge in their RV. It probably saved on gas!! That's a sight, I wish would become common again.
A Studebaker Motorhome.
Taken at the Gilmore Car Museum, Hickory Corners, Michigan, during the Red Barn Extravaganza car show 8/6/2005. This Studebaker touring car from the late 1920's was made into a camper using plans that were available from "Outdoor Life" magazine.
