RV Service Advice and Resources
Manage the temperature and battery levels in your RV automatically.
Introducing a new Cummins Onan product
The EC-30W is the first Automatic Generator Start (AGS) system specifically designed for RV owners to install themselves. The EC-30W monitors the house battery voltage and indoor air temperature and automatically starts the generator when the RV gets too hot or the battery level gets too low. Come back to a cool coach and full batteries and not have to worry about getting back in time.
While high-end diesel RVs have added AGS as a factory option in recent years, most RVers who could use an autostart system on their existing RV don't have one. Because the EC-30W is wireless, the average RV owner can install it on their own in less than 30 minutes. The EC-30W maintains several features that are unique to the Energy Command family; including the ability to monitor shorepower and only start the generator when shorepower is lost. The EC-30W is compatible with most current generation Cummins Onan diesel, gas, or LP generators.

Tow Bars Wear Out?
The two biggest contributors to premature wear on tow bar parts are loose bolts, which allow excessive movement between mating parts, and miss-adjusted leg latches, which allow too much for/aft movement while towing. Learn more about tow bar maintenance.
